Information, Communication and Technology Services (ICTS) is the central Information Technology provider for the whole UNSW@ADFA campus.
ICTS is a member of the Student and Academic Support Group (SASG) which provides client focused support for the teaching, research, training and administration needs of UNSW@ADFA.
The quality of ICT services provided to staff and students is fundamental to the successful operation of the University and its capacity to achieve its strategic objectives. As part of an effort to improve those services, ICTS is undergoing significant changes intended to ensure we create a centralised ICT Service Organisation that provides a cost effective, consistent, responsive, secure and flexible IT service for all staff and students.
UNSW@ADFA is upgrading the existing e-mail and calendaring service from Microsoft Exchange 2003 to Microsoft Exchange 2010.
